INGREDIENTS

  • 2 biscuits of your choosing (digestives, cookies, biscoff) 
  • 1 Large Marshmallow 
  • 1 Square of chocolate (Milk, Dark or Top Deck)

EQUIPMENT 

  • Campfire or Grill 
  • Retractable Smore Pole, or a Good Stick

INSTRUCTIONS:

Prepare the Fire
Build a capable campfire or light a grill with an exposed flame.

Roast the Marshmallow:
Spear the marshmallow on a skewer and hold it over the fire, being very cautious not to burn yourself then proceed to rotate it until golden brown and slightly charred.

Assemble the S'more:
Place the roasted marshmallow between two graham crackers or digestive biscuits with a square of chocolate.

Enjoy: 
Let the heat of the marshmallow melt the chocolate and enjoy your delicious s'more.

NOTES:

For a more intense flavour, try roasting the marshmallows over a gas or charcoal grill.
Experiment with different types of chocolate, biscuits and crackers to find your favourite combination
