INGREDIENTS
- 170g Fish Fillet (Salmon, Cod or Snapper)
- 1/2 a Lemon
- Salt and Pepper for Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Your Favourite Herbs and Spices (e.g. Paprika, Garlic Powder, Dill, Thyme, Basil)
- Aluminium Foil

INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare the Fish:
1. Pat the fish dry with paper towels to prevent a mushy unsettling texture.
2. Season both sides of the fish with salt, pepper, and your chosen herbs and spices generously for a flavourful meal
3. Add the butter in and Squeeze lemon juice genrously over the entire fish
Wrap the Fish:
1. Place the foil packet directly on hot coals and cover lightly or use grill grates.
2. Bring the sides of the foil together and seal tightly, creating a foil packet.
Cook Over the Fire:
1. Pour the egg mixture into the pan slowly to prevent mess or spillage, cook, stirring accordingly.
2. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Making sure to check once or twice throughout the cooking duration to minimise over cooked meal.
Serve:
Carefully open the foil packet and serve the fish once preparations have been completed
NOTES:
For a more flavorful fish, marinate it in a mixture of lemon juice, olive oil, herbs, and spices before wrapping it in foil.
You can add vegetables like potatoes, carrots, or onions to the foil packet for a more complete meal.
Be careful when opening the hot foil packet, use tongs or sticks if needed to carefully extract the foil from the coals
