INGREDIENTS
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon of milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1/4 cup of chopped spring onion
- 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes
- 2 sausages
- 2 pieces of bacon

INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook the Sides:
1. Grill or pan-fry the sausages until cooked through.
2. Grill or pan-fry the bacon until crispy.
Prepare the Scrambled Eggs:
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk with a dash of milk depending on how fluffy you'd like your eggs, add salt, and pepper and any other garnishes you’d like to add.
2. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan slowly to prevent mess or spillage, cook, stirring accordingly until the eggs are set and scrambled to your preferred texture.
4. Add the spring onion and diced tomato and cook for a few more seconds until heated through.
