TERMS & CONDITIONS – BLACK FRIDAY SALE
1. Sale Duration:
A) The Black Friday Sale runs from 12:00 AM AEST on 21 November 2024 to 11:59 PM AEST on 2 December 2024.
2. Discount Details:
A) 10% discount applies to products in the Winch and Recovery Gear collections only.
B) The discount is applied to the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of qualifying items in the relevant collections. This discount is automatically applied at checkout and is only valid during the sale period.
C) Discounts are not available outside of the sale period or in conjunction with any other offers unless otherwise stated.
3. Restrictions:
A) The 10% discount applies only to the original RRP of eligible products and does not apply to bulk item discounts.*
B) This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount codes or promotional offers.*
4. In-Store and Online Availability:
A) The Black Friday Sale discount is available both in-store and online.
B) The discount cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers. However, valid gift vouchers can be redeemed for purchases during the sale period.
5. Applicability:
A) The sale applies to retail customers and B2B (business-to-business) customers.
6. B2B Clients:
A) The 10% Black Friday discount will stack with the existing B2B base discount you currently receive. Therefore, the discount will be applied to the already discounted price.
B) The 10% Black Friday discount will not stack with "36+ Recovery" and "36+ Winches" volume-buy discounts.*
C) Volume-Buy discounts of lesser quantities WILL stack with the 10% Black Friday discount. The additional discount percentage for volume-buys will be applied only to the already-discounted price and not to the original RRP.*
7. Refunds and Exchanges:
A) Items purchased during the Black Friday Sale can be refunded or exchanged in accordance with our standard Refunds and Exchanges Policy.
B) In the event of a refund, the amount refunded will be adjusted to reflect the discount applied at the time of purchase, and will not be based on the full RRP.
8. General Terms:
A) This offer is valid while stock lasts and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
B) The company reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at its discretion, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
