I love Carbon products and always recommend them. But would not recommend this. After having the radio professionally installed through Profit at Gatton, who did a fantastic job. The radio worked well for about one month then just froze. Won,t send or receive nor could you change anything on the hand set. Carbon were great and got straight on to Eco to rectify the problem but couldn't and put me directly onto Eco's technician. They couldn't explain it and said the unit had to be returned. Explaining to Eco how the unit is installed behind the dash they agreed to send a replacement. I arrange with Profit and Carbon, thinking all was sweet. Profit then tried to get the replacement unit and Eco then reneged and said the unit had to be removed and sent away. After just over a month the unit came back with no explanation as to what happened. I thank Profit who also was put out by Eco having to allow two lots of time and labour to replace this unit. Not to say the two trips I had to take to get it fixed and the excursions with the 4wd club that I had no radio, making communication difficult. I don't blame Carbon for any of this poor customer service but put it squarely on Eco.
