Calling all offroad enthusiasts with a knack for keeping things on track!
Do you dream of trading in your cubicle for the wide-open trail? At Carbon Offroad, we're Australia's leading innovator in 4x4 winches and recovery gear and everything you need to conquer the outback.
We're on the hunt for a superstar Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our General Manager and Director. Buckle up for an exciting opportunity where your organisational skills and offroad passion collide!
This ain't your average office drone gig. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and keeps our leaders focused on the big picture while they navigate the terrain of business success.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Become the ultimate off-road navigator: Manage the GM/Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and orchestrate meetings with military-grade precision.
- Master of Communication: Triage emails, draft responses, and act as a trusted voice for the leadership team, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Research Ranger: Gather intel and compile data to empower executive decisions.
- Team Player Extraordinaire: Build positive relationships with everyone on the team, from fellow offroad enthusiasts to industry professionals.
- Event Wrangler: Help us organise company events, conferences, and team-building activities (think more mud runs, less boardrooms).
- Travel Guru: Book travel, accommodation, and logistics – because sometimes the best business happens outside the office (and maybe involves a campfire!).
- And More! You'll tackle a variety of exciting tasks, keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.
Do you have what it takes?
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting executives.
- Fluent English a must but fluent written and spoken Chinese Mandarin highly desired
- Proven track record as a PA or similar administrative role.
- Organisational and time-management skills that would put a GPS to shame.
- Communication skills that are clear, concise, and ready to conquer any inbox.
- Microsoft Office Suite mastery (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – a must-have for any off-road map.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritising like a champ, and multitasking with the agility of a mountain goat.
- A passion for offroad adventures (or at least a healthy respect for those who do!).
- A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary ($60k-$80k + super) – because conquering your workday shouldn't break the bank.
- Opportunities for professional development and career growth – we'll help you chart your own course!
- A supportive and dynamic work environment – think more team spirit than corporate drudgery.
- The chance to be part of a growing, industry-leading company – we're making waves, and you can be a part of it!
