SuperSprings Explained  Suitable for Utes, Vans, 4WD Wagons and most leaf-sprung vehicles The Problem When a vehicle is loaded to full manufacturer�s specifications and the weight is distributed beyond the back axle, the centre of gravity moves towards the rear of the vehicle resulting in rear-end sag.  This rear-end sag minimizes front wheel road contact reducing steering control and breaking efficiency, causing the rear to fishtail and scrub the tyres. With the vehicle under constant load it is inevitable that the shock absorbers will �bottom out� risking puncture and constant replacement. The Solution SuperSprings� act in parallel with the existing spring pack sharing the total load on the wheel. This unique design has the effect of progressively stiffening the main suspension throughout its total travel. SuperSprings� are  designed to counteract the effect of lean and drift when cornering by providing progressive support. The more pressure exerted on the suspension the greater the counter force exerted by SuperSprings�. How they work As a vehicle with rear leaf springs comes under load the factory springs react as they are designed to. The centre of the springs moves vertically causing the leaves to flex and �flatten� out. This movement in the factory springs activates the SuperSprings� through the rollers at the end of each leaf. Because the SuperSprings� rollers are under tension, a movement in the factory spring causes them to move, seeking a new point of least resistance. This simple roller principal allows the SuperSprings� to activate and deactivate automatically, free of any manual adjustment. SuperSprings� are the only product on the market that protect the full length of your suspension. Other products only work on the back half, resulting in an overworked front half and the possible collapse of your suspension. SuperSprings � tapered blades and patented  anti-friction rolling shackles. When load demand increases, weight is distributed gradually from the narrow to the wider part of the tapered blade providing true progressive suspension. The rolling shackles prevent rigidity ensuring a smooth ride whether loaded or unloaded. While SuperSprings� enhance load carrying capacity, when handling and towing the vehicle should not be loaded beyond the manufacturer�s gross vehicle weight rating.
