Terms and Conditions of Sale: 

• The invoice formulates a separate contract between you and Carbon Offroad. Payment terms regardless of your account position are specified on this invoice.
• It is your responsibility to check your invoice carefully to confirm that the quantity, SKU and product names are what you require. Contact us if you require clarification or amendment of a line item PRIOR TO PAYMENT. If you have approved and/or paid the invoice then we are only obliged to fulfil the order as specified in the invoice irrespective of any other communication we may have had with you.
• All goods remain the property of Carbon Offroad until paid in full.
• No responsibility is accepted for damage or loss of goods in transit.
• No goods specifically purchased or procured or custom ordered are returnable for credit.
• Some products we sell cannot or should not be used on road. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you purchase are suitable for their intended use
• The installation of, use of, or ownership of a car that has such a product is illegal unless the car is solely intended for use in motor-racing or off-road sport and is not capable of being registered for regular road use on public roads
• Carbon Offroad assumes that, by purchasing this product, your intended use is installation in a vehicle solely intended for use in motor-racing or off-road sport that is not capable of being registered for regular road use on public roads
• Carbon Offroad retains the right to refuse sale of the product if you represent to us that your intended use of the product is for a car capable of being registered for regular road use on public roads. Carbon Offroad takes no responsibility in relation to how you use the products, and is not liable for any claims relating to the use or misuse of the products.
• Before paying this invoice you should check the availability of the item. Items that are on backorder are not refundable due to not being available at the time of purchase or within any estimated timeframe we may provide to you. Order cancellations due to not being able to wait for a part are processed as a change of mind request and will be processed in accordance with our returns and refund policy which can be found here. You should read this policy prior to payment.

• Sale price is valid on sales made after 27/05/2024 until 30/06/2024
• No further discounts available. The End of Financial Year (EOFY) promotion discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.

Carbon Offroad reserves the right to cancel your order if you do not pay on the due date or at any time after the due date.
