The Carbon Offroad Mega Pro Winch Hook is the latest product from the design team at Carbon Offroad. Completely designed, engineered, FEA tested and finished in house by our team, we put all of our collective knowledge and experience together to build a simple, functional and cost effective winch hook which was specifically designed for winching activities.  This is not a hook that is out of the parts bin from the local lifting and rigging supplier, this hook is completely 100% made from scratch by our local design team and overseas manufacturing facility. We did the design, 3d printed the prototypes, tested form, function, fit and usage, FEA process to make the hook as strong as it could be while removing material where it wasn't required.  The I-beam hook construction is unique to the Mega Pro Hook. We cast the alloy gate to make it lightweight and durable. The hook is manufactured by a forging and heat treating process using 40cr material. This material is cost effective, easy to work with and responds well in forging and heat treatment processes. What results is an almost indestructible hook that will last a lifetime. We also then process the finish in a durable powdercoating process, similar to the process that your exterior aluminum windows in your house go through, this process is known for long term resistance to UV degradation and protection of the base material.  This hook can be stowed against the fairlead either flat on both side or on it's end, hook gate up, this gives you the ability to snap on a soft shackle or tree protector loop once handed and walk the rope out to the anchor point.  The mounting pin is a complete through pin design which is externally secured by a circlip making it simple and easy to mount to your winch rope.  We really tried hard here to make this hook to the highest standard at the best price possible so that you and you mates can access good gear for reasonable prices. We did this by committing to a proper design, development and manufacturing process that allows us to keep costs down and get product on the shelf in good quantities.  The hook is safe to use on any winch up to 20000lb.  The rubber pads on the hook are a press to fit arrangement. They have been designed to be removable so that once you have installed the hook, you can arange the logos in a fashion that suits your particular setup. Once in place you can use some rubber cement glue to permanently secure them.   This product is an Australian Registered Design under design number 202116716.

This local  1.6mm stainless steel battery isolator mounting bracket is designed to be used with the supplied battery isolator switch in the Carbon Offroad Winch kits. The switch can be mounted on the inside or outside faces of the bracket on both sides, giving you various setup options to suit the space available in your engine bay.  The mounting holes are 56mm hole centres and can be used for any similar type battery isolator switch on the market.

Such a simple item makes plugging in your wired controller a breeze. Carbon Offroad Stainless Steel Pull Up Number Plate Bracket The Carbon bolt on number plate bracket is compatible with both alloy hawse fairleads and roller fairlead mounting systems. The Monkey Fist All Purpose Recovery Rope. 4m x 16mm.  Manufactured with a UHMWPE core and thick braided sheath for great abrasion resistance this rope is a short, tough and ultra handy recovery rope. The eye splices offer 200mm length openings with a 32mm wide abrasion sheath for long lasting protection on wear points.  4 metres long with dual protected eyelets with a minimum breaking strain of 14155kg. The Carbon Offroad Monkey Fist Winch Extension Rope is an important winch accessory. You've probably come across plenty of times where that tree or anchor is just a little bit too far away. It's also handy to reduce the distance of an anchor if doing a double line pull. Our winch extension being rated a minimum breaking strain of 7000kg is suitable for use with all of the winches in our Carbon Winch range. Made from UHWMPE Fibre + Polyester Outer Braided Sheath with velcro packing strap.  The current batch also contains a luminous fibre to help visibility at night under torch or vehicle lights.  MBS - 7000kg

The Carbon Offroad Monkey Fist winch rope thimble is a great bit of kit. Stop cutting your hands up on old winch hooks with nasty spring gates, this winch thimble offers a user friendly experience when it comes to setting up a winch recovery.  Rating 10,000KG H/D 22mm Stainless Steel Pin The thimble is simply pulled into the fairlead for storage, it is perfectly sized to grab hold of with one hand, leaving the other hand free to help scramble up a hill, or connect up a shackle.  With a 6061 T6 Alloy CNC machined section of billet alloy, this is one sexy bit of gear. Make a statement, get rid of your old hook and get this functional piece of winching gear on your rig. It is Type 3 hard anodised to Milspec requirements allowing your investment in good gear to last through the course of time in our harsh Australian conditions.  The attachment point is compatible with synthetic rope soft shackles and also 4.25T steel bow shackles. The nice radius edges on the mounting eye will not damage your soft shackle. The circlip secured winch rope pin mount means you don't have to stuff around with splicing this onto your winch rope, simply remove the hook and replace with our winch thimble. 

This is a plug extension kit for the Carbon Tank series. The plug is a flush mount design and is plug and play into the Tank Series control box across the 12000, 15000 and 20000lb winches. The plug is waterproof so there is no issue for a permanent mount solution. There is a separate right angle mounting bracket available which can be used for an in engine bay mounting solution off the inside guard panel for example.

Universal Winch Cradle. Use this mounting cradle as a base to build your own winch mount on the front or rear of your vehicle. They can be cut and modified to suit any application. They are drilled for the standard low mount winch bolt pattern and fairlead mounting point.    90cm Long x 13cm wide. Made from 4.5mm thick steel

This is a 3mm steel powder coated bracket that allows the user to remotely mount the Tank series winch control box using a single mounting point to the fixture. The adjustable mounting slot allows for adjustment of the position of the control box bracket, It is also long enough to accept more than one mounting bolt should you wish. We would recommend an 8-10mm mounting bolt. The dimensions are 150 x 100 x 15mm We would recommend using through bolts with washer and nyloc nut for the mounting of the control box to this plate. Cap head bolt of four quantity of 5mm x 30mm total or 25mm thread length is the required minimum length for control box mounting.

A more compact version of our original snatch block.  Solid, reliable and simple. A grease nipple for the shaft is available to maintain the shaft for the pulley sheave. Please ensure this is greased before use.  8 Tonne Unit weight is 2.075Kg 

This winch rope is a UHMWPE braided core with polyester outer braid sheath for abrasion protection and UV resistance. As well as looking awesome this rope is very nice to handle, similar construction to climbing rope but using the light and strong UHMWPE rope fibre core to provide the additional strength required for winching activities. This rope is a great upgrade for any 4x4 winch for most models it will simply bolt into the existing lug where the steel cable is connected to the drum.
