Shipping policy
Effective Date: February 2026
1. SHIPPING COSTS & DISPATCH
We strive to get your gear to you as fast as possible.
Orders Over $150.00: FREE Shipping Australia-wide. Excludes some bulky items to remote areas. (Clearance Items are excluded from free shipping and cost is calculated at checkout)
Orders Under $150.00: Incur a flat rate of $12.95.
Dispatch Time: In-stock items ordered before 10am are usually dispatched the same business day.
Delivery Timeframe (Estimate): After dispatch, most orders arrive within around 5 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on your location (especially regional/remote areas), carrier capacity, weather, and peak periods.
2. DELIVERY ADDRESSES (PO BOXES & REMOTE AREAS)
Remote Communities: If you live in a remote community, please provide the local Post Office address to ensure successful delivery.
Items Over 20kg: Heavy items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. You must provide a physical street address.
No Street Address? If you do not have a physical delivery address available, please Contact Our Staff prior to ordering for assistance. We may be able to arrange delivery to a local depot.
3. TRACKING & DELIVERY ISSUES
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the freight carrier (FedEx, Aramex, or AusPost).
Tracking Your Order: Please use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your delivery.
Delays or Issues: If you experience a delay or an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. They have the most up-to-date information on your package's location.
Unresolved Issues: If you are unable to resolve the matter with the carrier after contacting them, please contact us at shipping@carbonoffroad.com.au and we will assist in locating the shipment.
4. RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES & AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)
We strongly recommend shipping to a Business Address (9am-5pm) to avoid delays.
Authority to Leave: If you ship to a residential address, you must provide a safe place for the courier to leave the goods.
Redelivery Fees: If no one is home and no ATL is provided, the courier may charge a Redelivery Fee (approx. $22). You will be liable to pay this fee before the item is redelivered.
Collection: Alternatively, you may be required to collect the item from the nearest freight depot.
5. REGIONAL & BULKY ITEMS
Shipping Quotes: Our automated shipping calculator makes every effort to be accurate. However, for bulky items shipping to regional or remote areas, the carrier costs may vary significantly.
Re-Quote Policy: We reserve the right to re-quote shipping charges prior to dispatch if the actual cost exceeds the calculated amount. In this event, you may choose to pay the difference or cancel the order for a full refund.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Please inspect your goods immediately upon arrival.
Damage: If goods arrive damaged, take photos of the packaging and the item immediately.
Reporting: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to launch an investigation with the carrier. Claims made outside this window may be rejected by the freight company.
