12000lb winch motor warranty replacement

Motor is in and winch working like brand new, shout out to Rhys. Thanks mate, 10/10 customer service. I thought it was out of warranty and couldn't find the receipt, he got back in touch to tell me that it was and the new motor was sent before I'd sent photos. Turned out it had gotten water in it, no fault of the product it was just loose holding bolts.
Cheers Rhys wouldn't buy anywhere else and will tell everyone I know.
