The Carbon Offroad Essential Snatch and Winch 4x4 Recovery Kit is designed to equip the 4x4 operator with the necessary essential recovery products to safely perform two major tasks in safe vehicle recovery. Firstly, for snatch or tow recovery, the kit is equipped with an 8000kg x 9 meter long snatch strap, along with the included steel D-shackles and synthetic leather gloves for the user allowing safe connection to the vehicle being recovered and the vechicle conducting the tow recovery. Carbon Offroad Mega Pro 40000kg Large Loop Soft Shackle. This shackle is designed for seriously heavy duty use. With testing done on some insanely large bull dozers and other heavy equipment we can clearly state these soft shackles are a serious bit of kit and totally suitable for heavy vehicle use. The shackle is 700mm long when opened, allowing a large relief when connecting to big ropes, straps and recovery points. The oversize knot as shown in the images will ensure that it will never release while under load.

The Carbon Offroad MegaPro Winch Hook is the latest product from the design team at Carbon Offroad. Completely designed, engineered, FEA tested and finished in house by our team, we put all of our collective knowledge and experience together to build a simple, functional and cost-effective winch hook specifically designed for winching activities — perfect for those looking to buy winch hooks online.  This is not a hook that is out of the parts bin from the local lifting and rigging supplier, this hook is completely 100% made from scratch by our local design team and overseas manufacturing facility. We did the design, 3d printed the prototypes, tested form, function, fit and usage, FEA process to make the hook as strong as it could be while removing material where it wasn't required.  The I-beam hook construction is unique to the MegaPro Hook. We cast the alloy gate to make it lightweight and durable. The hook is manufactured by a forging and heat treating process using 40cr material. This material is cost effective, easy to work with and responds well in forging and heat treatment processes. What results is an almost indestructible hook that will last a lifetime. We also then process the finish in a durable powdercoating process, similar to the process that your exterior aluminum windows in your house go through, this process is known for long term resistance to UV degradation and protection of the base material.  This hook can be stowed against the fairlead either flat on both side or on it's end, hook gate up, this gives you the ability to snap on a soft shackle or tree protector loop once handed and walk the rope out to the anchor point.  The mounting pin is a complete through pin design which is externally secured by a circlip making it simple and easy to mount to your winch rope.  We really tried hard here to make this hook to the highest standard at the best price possible so that you and you mates can access good gear for reasonable prices. We did this by committing to a proper design, development and manufacturing process that allows us to keep costs down and get product on the shelf in good quantities.  The hook is safe to use on any winch up to 20000lb.  The rubber pads on the hook are a press to fit arrangement. They have been designed to be removable so that once you have installed the hook, you can arrange the logos in a fashion that suits your particular setup. Once in place you can use some rubber cement glue to permanently secure them.  This product is an Australian Registered Design under design number 202116716.  

The Carbon Offroad Solid Recovery Ring brings a new dimension to the Carbon Offroad stable of lightweight and strong recovery items. This solid billet 6061 T6 Aluminium Recovery Ring which is designed to be used with the Carbon Offroad soft shackle will allow you to setup a double line pull with your synthetic rope electric winch. With lasered branding not embossed, CNCed or stamped branding affecting the operation of the ring against the soft shackle, and a low friction co-efficient anodised finish, this solid recovery ring will provide years of trouble-free double line pulls.

These ball joint spacers work with factory upper control arms to space the ball joint down off the arm to help with achieving correct wheel alignments with lifts from 2 inches and above. The kit includes two spacers. You may need to source longer bolts to use with these spacers. 

The Carbon Offroad Monkey Fist Soft Shackle is an absolute winner! The 10mm UHMWPE rope is rated at a minimum breaking strain of 15 tonnes, and with a super heavy duty braided tight sheath over the core, this shackle is built to take some abuse. The oversized Monkey Fist knot ensures that there is zero chance of the shackle ever coming apart during a recovery. The braided heavy duty sheath allows you to go straight through a regular recovery point. However, make sure the recovery point is in good condition, as the shackles can be damaged if the recovery point has nicks and burrs from previous use.  Easy disassembly of the shackle after load is applied is just as easy, if not easier, than a steel shackle. Rope shackles can be used for a number of purposes, such as: Connecting your vehicle to a snatch strap or kinetic rope Connecting a tree trunk protector strap to the winch hook Connecting two straps together to extend your reach They also give you further options, such as using them as an attachment point around a chassis rail or crossmember.

The Carbon Offroad Monkey Fist Winch Extension Rope is an important winch accessory. You've probably come across plenty of times where that tree or anchor is just a little bit too far away. It's also handy to reduce the distance of an anchor if doing a double line pull. Our winch extension being rated a minimum breaking strain of 7000kg is suitable for use with all of the winches in our Carbon Winch range. Made from UHWMPE Fibre + Polyester Outer Braided Sheath with velcro packing strap.  The current batch also contains a luminous fibre to help visibility at night under torch or vehicle lights.  MBS - 7000kg
