Your Mission, Should You Choose To Accept It (and we hope you do!):

You'll be the friendly voice and face of Carbon Offroad, guiding our awesome customers through their journey. This means you'll be:

• The Go-To Guru: Answering inbound calls and emails from retail legends, trade pros, and dealership dynamos. You'll either point them to the right team or smash their general sales questions out of the park yourself.
• Order Master: Processing inbound orders like a pro – quick, accurate, and with a smile.
• Showroom Superstar: Welcoming our walk-in customers to the Carbon Offroad HQ, making their visit epic.
• Outbound Legend: Contacting our existing B2B customers on a regular basis to place monthly orders and let them know the latest deals. 
• Quoting King/Queen: Whipping up accurate quotes with a real sense of urgency – because our customers are keen to get geared up!
• Customer Champion: Ensuring every customer experience, whether over the phone or in person, is so good they'll be back for their next rig upgrade before they even know it.

We're talking Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Occasional chance to spend exciting weekends at shows and industry events.
